🎉 What Is the Anniversary Reward?

Each year, we gift you 100 loyalty points to mark your chosen special occasion. These points can be redeemed as a discount at checkout when you shop online with us.

  • Value: 100 points
  • Loyalty Tier: All members receive the same reward
  • Redemption: Points can be used to redeem a discount code


💡 How Does It Work?

  • Choose your special date — any date that holds meaning for you
  • Add it to your loyalty profile at least 30 days before the date
  • Your 100-point reward will be automatically issued on your chosen date


📝 How to Add Your Anniversary Date

  1. Log in to your NAJO Loyalty Account
  2. Navigate to your Account or Rewards page
  3. Enter your preferred anniversary date
  4. Ensure it is saved at least 30 days in advance to be eligible for that year’s reward


🔓 Who Is Eligible?

To receive the anniversary reward, you must:

  • Be a registered NAJO Loyalty Member
  • Have made at least one prior purchase
  • Add your anniversary date at least 30 days before the occasion


⏰ How Long Are the Points Valid?

Your 100 points are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, giving you plenty of time to redeem them on something special.


💳 How to Redeem Your Points

  • Your points are automatically added to your loyalty account
  • Head to the Rewards Page and click Redeem under your preferred discount amount


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to sale or discounted items
  • Discount codes cannot be used with other discount codes or promotions
  • Minimum spend of $100 applies when redeeming points
  • You must be logged in to your loyalty account to use your points
