Your birthday discount is a tier-based dollar amount gifted to you each year, valid for 30 days. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a valued member of the NAJO family.

✅ How Do I Qualify?
To receive a birthday discount, you must:
- Be a NAJO Loyalty Member
- Have made at least one purchase with us
- Have your date of birth saved in your account at least 30 days before your birthday
⏰ How Long Is It Valid?
Your birthday discount is valid for 30 days from the date it’s issued. After this, the discount expires and cannot be extended.
💳 How to Redeem Your Discount
- Your birthday discount will be emailed to you as a unique code
- Enter the code at checkout when your order reaches $100 or more
- Make sure you are logged into your loyalty account before checking out
- The discount will apply if conditions are met
